Ron,
Thanks for the review. The quick five points are generic because I work with a lot of people who use the web with a variety of goals. So it's not just for revenue generation - which sounds like what you do. I can see how you might consider that a lack of marketing experience, but it's probably a context thing. A person who publishes photos online, but not as a business, has more need for relationship than for revenue. On the other hand, a consultant who sells his services would drive for lead gen, but that will work in the context of relationships.

Well, yes and no. The site should provide a result determined by the business owner, just as any tool or resource he uses should.

It is not decided by a programmer somewhere,it is determined by the owner.

Although the examples you gave provided are for the most part sound, they are also indicative of a lack of marketing experience, at least insofar as online marketing.

Most busbess owners want the site to produce leads and conversion if leads to revenue, not a vague and nebulous conduit of communication.

That being said, most web authoring establishments fall dismally short of this desired result, and why coaches and consultants ( line yours truly) earn tidy seven figure incomes cleaning up the disappointing mess web authors leave behind.

Great app though, I am your first app rate, and gave you 5 of 5.
